Mission of the Department of Agricultural Economics
1 To train agricultural engineers in the field of Agricultural Economics, who are qualified, creative, entrepreneurial, and have knowledge and skills at international standards required by the public and private sectors,
2 To carry out research and development activities that strengthen university-service sector-industry cooperation and produce strong and permanent policies and solutions to problems from business level to macro level in the field of agriculture-food economy,
3 To carry out studies on rural extension services, sustainable agriculture and the economical use of environmentally friendly technologies in rural areas, to contribute to the application of the developed information and technologies for the benefit of society.
